To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, please review our booking policy before your appointment. • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 5 hours' notice. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on our availability. • No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments. • Please let us know in advance if you need Gel Polish Removal, Acrylic Removal, or other additional services, as extra time may be required. • We strive to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment.
